GENERAL INFORMATION
• BROSÉ WINE LTD UK only ships to United Kingdom, at present.
• All orders placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day in under 24 hours. If an order is placed on a Friday your order will be delivered on the following Monday. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and an estimated shipping date will be provided.
• Important note *: Delivery times may be affected in times of high sales volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Public Holidays...)
• In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order is placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package is issued, it will not be possible to make any change on the address.
• Any change of address once the order is issued, or any request for delivery to a different address, will have a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.
• It will not be possible to send to post office boxes.
